Google's Kormo, an entry-Level job app for Indian job seekers | Kormo app

An app named Kormo will help people to Finding Entry-Level Jobs in his Local Area. This Kormo app is developed Under Google's Project Area 120.
This app will be Launched in India during an event in Delhi on September 20, by Google.

What is Kormo App?

Google's Kormo is an App that helps people to connect with businesses that are looking to hire. you have to create your digital Curriculum Vitae (CV) in Kormo App, there is a very simple process to create your CV in this app and this will help you to find Job According to your skill. It also allows the user to access free training content in the form of videos, articles, and courses to improve their skill sets and become more competitive in the job market.

Retail, logistics, and hospitality are the three main sectors in which Kormo is going to work.
Earlier Kormo was Launched in Bangladesh in September 2018 before spreading into other Next Billion User (NBU) markets. Kormo App is also Launched in Indonesia this year.

Bickey Russell said that "Since we launched Kormo in Bangladesh in 2018 and Indonesia this year, we have connected over 50000 job seekers to jobs from hundreds of employers who use Kormo for their hiring needs, specifically entry-level jobs".

According to him," Because finding employment is a real need across different markets, we are looking to bring the same service to countries like India".

Kormo, which means 'work' in Bangla, this Application currently available only on Android OS.
Google's Kormo App to directly compete with other top-leading competitors that include Naukri, Quess Corp, Quikr's Babajob and Tech Mahindra's Saral Rozgar.
